Yes, I had the best experience with the team at the site. They really care and are with you 100 percent thru the whole process. My doll was carefully delivered. I fell in love with her when she arrived at my doorstep. It was so much more than I expected not in price though but in quality, close enough to the real thing if you ask me. For first timers I recommend short hair. She’s heavy but I can handle that. It was a great purchase and worth every penny.
