Yes, this was my first doll purchase and I have to say my experience has been beyond what I expected. Great customer service from the seller. They made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. They sent me everything I needed to know about my doll from storage to cleaning her. I can’t thank them enough for the outstanding work they did. I am going to have a lot of memories with my new doll that was custom built I need to say.
